Q I have an existing system with another supplier, can I switch to you?
A Call us now to discuss your current setup, we would be happy to help and are confident we can save you money.
Q Should I replace my current system?
A This is based upon two further questions,
1, Is your existing system costing you too much?
2, Are your patrons demanding a fuller sporting timetable?
If the answer is yes then our answer is YES!
Q How do you differ from any other satellite company?
A We provide solely to the licence trade and commercial properties
Q Are your systems subscription based?
A NO, in contrast to the norm, we charge a one off fee which includes 1 years viewing including materials and installation, unless you are a rental agreement.
Q I heard these systems are expensive, is this true?
A NO, our systems usually pay for themselves within a very short period of time.
Q How does your system differ from other system?
A Our systems can be built upon and are totally upgradeable, they are the latest in digital technology.
Q How many sports channels does your system give me?
A This is based upon which system your purchase and ranges from 7 24/7 dedicated sports channels to over 56 24/7 dedicated channels.
Q What kind of football is available on your system?
A A full range of sports are available including SPL, English Premiership, and all European and South American fixtures.
Q Are other sports available?
A Yes, a full range of sports including all major golf, rugby, extreme, baseball, american football, F1, and boxing events.
Q Surely my existing system fulfils my needs?
A Not all games that involve UK teams are broadcast in the UK; we have endeavoured to supply from several other European and Middle Eastern sports networks to ensure a full curriculum of the UK sports timetable.
Q Doesn’t this mean that the commentary will be in a foreign language?
A No, not necessarily, due to the nature of digital transmission all SPL and premiership games are broadcast multi language, there will typically be English commentary available at the touch of a button.
Q Is your system difficult to use?
A No, our system consists of an easy to navigate on screen display which we ensure your staff receives full training on before we leave your premises.
Q What if we fall into difficulties i.e. change of knowledgeable staff?
A Simply, we have a network of installers and showroom staff who are available at any time to talk you through any difficulties in usage and can train new staff.
Q How I know what sports are showing?
A Listings are available online which are print friendly and give full details.
Q Are you restricted to solely providing sport?
A No. Our system also has a full range of music, film, and entertainment channels including news and feeds this may include broadband and conference services.
Q My premises is receiving a full refurbishment including plasmas and projectors will you system fit in?
A Yes we are fully experienced in integration with existing and in-progress audio visual systems including multi plasma and projector systems.
Q What warranty do we get with your system?
A You receive a full 12 month limited warranty on our installation and hardware.
Q Your based in Glasgow, my pub is on Arran can I get a system installed?
A Yes, our farthest system is in Benedorm, Spain, just don’t expect a 6 hour call out!!!
Q How soon can I get your system installed?
A We can typically have a system installed within 5 working days however; it has been know for us to install a system within 4 hours of a customer’s first enquiry.
Q Can I lease or rent a system?
A Yes, even though our systems are not expensive we can still help you arrange this.
